Four buildings at Precinct One’s Sheldon Sports Complex will be closed at least 90 days while workers remediate mold caused by Hurricane Harvey flooding.
The rest of the 154-acre park and its sports fields at 8815 Pineland Road will be open to the public. But no one can enter the four press boxes, concession stand and office building.
Workers have to gut the buildings, clean and treat the mold. Then they have to rebuild the interiors.
