The Finnigan Park Project, a partnership between Harris County Precinct One, the City of Houston and HISD, was established to create educational, social, and recreational opportunities for residents. The Center offers different classes and resources for school age children and older. It boasts a Youth Education Town (YET), created with the help of the NFL, which is focused on helping youth in our community to learn new skills and have a safe place to gather and have fun. Along with its classes, the YET Center has its own movie room, gym and computer lab for kids to hang out.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, this community center is closed until further notice.
