PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Precinct One will improve safety for people walking and biking along a 1.5-mile stretch of Ella Boulevard between West Richey Road and FM 1960 by constructing 6-to-8-foot wide sidewalks. Additional safety improvements include installing raised medians, improving ten bus stop pads and sidewalk connections, and upgrading three new traffic signals at Westfield High School/Butterfield Road, Southridge Road, and North Forest Boulevard.
