Named after the late Harris County Commissioner El Franco Lee, who served as Precinct One Commissioner for 30 years, this large park has sport fields, picnic areas, playgrounds and a splash park for the summer. The park is the perfect place to go for nature enthusiasts, with bird watching, a butterfly garden and a nature trail.

The splash pad is open:
- July 13 - August 10
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday
- 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. & 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.
The splash pad will then transition to weekend only operations for the remainder of August 2026.
In the event of rain, the splash pad will not be operating and will remain off.
Rules & Guidelines:
- No parties permitted within the splash pad area.
- No food, tables, tents, or chairs allowed inside the splash pad zone.
- Not reservable through reservations; open to public.
