PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Greenspace and recreational opportunities help communities stay active and healthy. At the Willow Waterhole detention basin, the addition of 10’ wide concrete trails will expand opportunities to walk and bike in the neighborhood. While detention basins like Willow Waterhole help reduce the risk of flooding in our communities, they can also add natural greenspace and access to healthy recreation.
